Are You Seriously Ready to Turn a Transitional Moment Into Your Greatest Adventure?

Okay, so you ended 2019 with all these grandiose ideas of how 2020 would be different. This would be the year you’d practice intermittent fasting and meditate everyday for an hour.

Maybe you set bodacious income goals, imagined yourself running five miles every day after work, or maybe you mapped out the latest books you’re dead set on reading by spring. And, what about that relationship that needs mending?

Whatever the dream of a bigger and better life in this next decade, it’s now the middle of January. How many of those dreams and goals have already diminished, slipped away, and been forgotten?

Permission to Whine a Bit?

Oh, I’m not criticizing. I’m right there with you. It was going to be more greens in January, and on the 2nd, I caught a very dramatic cold (or is that just me?) and it has now turned into bronchitis.

Somewhere along the way, I regressed to a twelve-year-old. Memories of that sick little girl in bed conjured up comfort food from my grandmother: Campbell’s Chicken Noodle Soup, Jello, grilled-cheese sandwiches, and an occasional PB&J.

What can I say, I had a very old grandmother who loved the innovation of pre-packaged food after WWII. She had nine children, so I guess she earned that right. Still, I haven’t eaten that stuff in years. Now, I’m telling my trainer that the Mucinex made me do it, and I’m saying it with conviction so he won’t give me that look as his eyes scan my ever-expanding hips.

The shame and guilt of it all.

It happens.

All our good intentions out the window because life happens, and suddenly we’re off track. So easy to give up and say, the heck with it. Maybe next year.

But, here’s the thing. There is no next year. There’s only tomorrow, and tomorrow has to begin today if we’re going to get anywhere.

Transitional Moments

In the midst of my so-unimportant misery, there are far worse case scenarios. Think of Australia. So many more viable reasons to abandon any hope for a new beginning across our nation and across the globe.

Much of my coaching work is helping people move through the intense transitional moments of life. Stuff like career transitions, loss of a loved one (so many already this year), illness, accidents, divorce. The list goes on and on.

I can splurge on comfort food because I know that this cough and runny nose will last but a few more days. Yet, for many of you, the path is often unclear due to circumstances outside your control. All the hoopla of New Year’s resolutions can only make us feel more defeated when we’re stuck in a transitional moment.

I’ve been there. I know that sense of hopelessness only too well. But, you don’t have to stay stuck. You don’t have to go it alone.

If you’re in one of these moments, I just want to extend an invitation. Whatever’s going on for you, please trust that this exact moment in time can be the most important transformational moment of your life.

Really.

I know this because I’ve experienced this reality in my own life, and I experience it everyday with my clients.

If you’re tired of being stuck, and this is the year you’re truly committed to turning it all around, I can help you do just that.

My research-based coaching process is customized to each individual in such a way that you will move through this transitional period with greater clarity and ease. You will come out on the other side a re-invention of who you are…re-energized to take on new and bigger opportunities.

This process isn’t about me. It’s about you and I co-creating your next adventure.

Oh, and one more thing. I never solicit this level of service because all of my clients are referral based. The work is deep, intense, and it requires a lot out of both of us. This is a one time outreach because I’m feeling miserable, and I don’t want you to be miserable, too. I probably won’t ever do this type of outreach again.

We can have a chat, and I promise I’ll do my best not to cough in your ear. Either way, here’s to the most amazing decade of your life!
