Terri is an entrepreneur, speaker, writer, and Mom to a teenager. Her business is real estate. She has been investing in real estate companies, real estate agents, and real estate deals since 2003. She bought the franchise for her current company, Coldwell Banker King, in 2011 during the worst housing crash since the Great Depression. She built her business using an unconventional business model. Her company is a major player in the regional marketplace. Terri holds a B.S. in Animal Science from North Carolina State University and a Master of Entrepreneurship from Western Carolina University. She is an active board member of the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce and currently chairing the Advocacy and Policy Committee. She is an Asheville NC area native and a long-time student of the science of personal achievement. Her life goal is to master the art of living well and dying strong. She enjoys Crossfit, trail running, mountain biking, and hiking with her German Shepherd Dog, Levi.
