Healing with Healthy Food and Lifestyle Choices with James Van Der Walt


A chronic illness can reveal itself anytime, anywhere, and often when you least expect it.  But medication is not the only course of action for fighting complicated illnesses such as autoimmune diseases. Sickness can also be prevented and mitigated by eating the right foods (the right way) and by changing your entire lifestyle – even the very way you think.

We are thrilled to be joined today by the nurse-turned-life and health coach, James Van Der Walt. James practiced as a nurse for over two decades before an autoimmune disease diagnosis forced him to rethink his entire approach to life. This change in lifestyle called for a new way for James to adhere to his life’s calling of helping others in need which eventually led to him founding VanDerWalt Coaching.
